Terms & conditions — FlyMarrakech Marrakech balloon flights

FlyMarrakech booking terms: PayPal or on-site payments, balloon safety rules, weather cancellations, liability framework & Moroccan governing law.

Last updated: May 2026.

These terms govern use of the FlyMarrakech website and bookings for hot-air balloon flights departing from Marrakech or operational areas communicated in your booking. They complement any confirmation or separate contract you receive.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms set out the contractual relationship between you and Fly Marrakech SARL AU (“FlyMarrakech”, “we”), operator of the FlyMarrakech brand.

By confirming a booking or using our digital services, you declare that you have read and accept these terms without reservation, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

2. Publisher identification

Fly Marrakech SARL AU — trading name FlyMarrakech.

Registered address and contact details: phone and email on the Contact page of the website.

Operational contacts on flight day may be specified in confirmations or tickets.

3. Description of services

FlyMarrakech organises sunrise hot-air balloon flights and related ground services (welcome, transfers where included in the package, refreshments or breakfast where offered).

Services are described on the Experiences and Pricing pages; variations may arise from weather, aviation safety requirements or local authorisations.

4. Bookings, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or equivalent as displayed at checkout.

A booking may be confirmed after secure online payment (e.g. PayPal when enabled) or, where offered, “cash on arrival” for a given package.

Payment disputes should be raised promptly with your booking reference.

5. Participation and safety

Hot-air ballooning depends on weather and the pilot in command’s decisions. Participants must follow safety briefings and scheduled times.

Some medical conditions may make participation inadvisable; tell us before booking if unsure.

Minors must be accompanied according to the rules communicated at booking.

6. Cancellations, changes and postponements

Flights may be postponed or cancelled at short notice when conditions are unsafe.

Financial arrangements (refund, credit or reschedule) follow your confirmation or are communicated case by case according to the applicable tariff policy.

Client-requested changes are subject to availability.

7. Liability

FlyMarrakech uses reasonable efforts to deliver the services described.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, we are not liable for events beyond reasonable control (notably severe weather, authority decisions, strikes, network outages).

Legal obligations relating to carriage or travellers remain governed by applicable law.

8. Intellectual property and site content

Site content (text, imagery, FlyMarrakech brand, layout) is protected. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited except short quotations with a link to the source.

Photos or videos taken during services may be subject to on-site conditions.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, subject to any mandatory rules for consumers abroad.

The parties seek an amicable solution before litigation; where no agreement is reached, competent Moroccan courts may be seised subject to procedural rules in force.
